Why Being Real Online Matters More Than Being Polished

Everybody right now is in a full sprint to get seen online. Post more. Go faster. Do the trend. And look, I get it. Visibility matters. But here's what I keep coming back to. If people see you and what they're seeing isn't actually you, what did you win? I've spent years working with families going through some of the most personal decisions they'll ever make, things like what to do with mom's house, or when it's time to downsize over in the south metro. And what I know from that is this: people don't connect with polished. They connect with real. So yeah, this video might be a little rough around the edges. The lighting's probably not perfect. But it's me. And honestly, that's the whole plan. Because the fastest path to being trusted isn't being everywhere. It's being clear about who you are and actually meaning it.
